Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us right away at energy222returns@gmail.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original, and once it’s accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
